Our objective with every client is to develop a strong brand identity that includes memorable visual elements and differentiates their products and services from the competition. The execution must be finely tuned from a design perspective, well-written, and programmed. We designed this website for Boston interior designer Joanne Modica, and we are grateful to DesignRush for recognizing it as one of the “Best Portfolio Websites Designs.”

Each original collage in the opening slideshow reflects Joanne’s core principles of her design philosophy. She asks, “What inspires you”? It could be texture & detail, shape & form, or light and shadow. The images have depth and dimension.

BELLA CASA BLOG

Bella Casa means beautiful home in Italian. It is here that Joanne shares stories, inspirations, and design ideas to make your life and your home a little more beautiful. The collage concept reappears in this section. There is an emphasis on quiet white space and a combination of serif and sans serif typography for visual texture and a neutral color palette.

Interior pages underscore the visual brand experience and include a conversational approach to the copy. Her portfolio image functionality has scrolling and the ability to enlarge the images for a closer look at the details.
